Having developed a good grasp of the concept of multiplication, Primary 4 are beginning to explore division. We began by sharing different amounts of objects out evenly between 2 children. Following this, we had a look at how we would record it. In doing so, we were able to make a link with some of our times tables!
We then had a great time exploring the concept further and coming up with our own division stories using Numicon.
