We have been exploring the heart in WAU. We predicted how we thought exercise would affect our hearts. We all agreed that exercise makes our hearts work harder and pump blood around our body faster. To test this we measured our resting heart rate and then completed some exercises and found our pulse. We were all pretty tired after this!
