P6 had an action packed and varied day...
First up was some perspective painting using water colours. Our chosen still life object was a small vase with flowers (in the sunshine).
Then we celebrated a Birthday with our usual ritual of dancing to Stevie Wonder before digging into, not 1, but 2 cakes very kindly sent in by Nixie's Mum to mark her 10th Birthday.
Lastly, P6 had the opportunity to take part in the sponsored slide day which was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Except Mr Smyth who could only manage 5 goes before collapsing!
A big thank you to Mrs Curry for organising and with the weather playing ball, it was a great day all round.
