Today in Nature Rangers, we had a go at ‘hapa-zome’ - leaf printing! We were using natural materials to create patterns and prints. ✨
We placed flowers and leaves inside a piece of material, then gently bashed them with a hammer. 🔨
The colours inside the leaves and flowers transferred onto the material! After we scraped off the squashed flowers and leaves it revealed our artwork! We loved seeing the different colours and patterns and prints that we created! 🌼🍃🌸
