As part of World Around Us, Primary 3 have been learning all about a balanced diet!
We used the interactive whiteboard to sort ‘healthy’ and ‘unhealthy’ foods.
Then we used sorting cards to see what foods we could identify, and discuss if it’s something we should eat lots of, eat sometimes or eat a little of!
