Investigating 3D shapes! 🔎

Primary 3 have been learning about 3D shapes! 🧊

We completed an investigation using our geosolid shapes to explore cubes, cuboids, cylinders, spheres, pyramids and cones. 🕵🏻‍♀️🔎

Then we made a table showing the number of straight sides, curved sides, vertices and if the shape could roll or be stacked! 📝

We discovered that 3D shapes with curved sides can roll, and 3D shapes with straight sides can be stacked!
