Primary 3 have been reading ‘The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark’ by Jill Tomlinson. 🦉
It is all about Plop, the baby barn owl, who really wants to be a day bird instead of a night bird! 🌙
Today, we used the iPads to research different nocturnal animals to create our own nature sketch books, just like in the story! We learnt about owls, bats, hedgehogs, badgers and foxes - drew a sketch of the animals and added some facts from the internet!
