This week we have been learning all about the Postman and have loved our book for the week called The Jolly Postman!
We have been practising our writing lots in primary one and thought it would be good idea to write a letter to Postman Pat to see if he would come and visit us. We worked really hard to write a lovely letter and then put it into an envelope and wrote Postman Pat's name on the front. We then sealed the envelope and then walked across to the Sunnylands post office. We used our money to buy a stamp and stick it on the front of our envelope (we got Harry Potter stamps- WOW). We walked outside to find the big red post box and posted it so that the postman can collect it.
What a fun day we had at the Post Office!!
