P6 used the new Lego WeDo resources to build and programme our very own science robot, Milo! We had to follow instructions and work as a team to carefully select the correct pieces of Lego to build Milo. We then had to code him correctly using their iPads to make him move. We developed our communication skills as we had to work well together, and we also developed our problem solving skills as we had to fix any errors we made along the way! Once we had got to grips with coding, we ended into the hall and had to estimate how many steps Milo would have to take to reach Mrs Nelson, before coding him to do it. One team managed to estimate exactly correct at 20 steps! Well done P6!
