Paper Airplane Measuring ✈️📏
12th Nov 2024
Primary 4 had lots of fun measuring distance this week. First, we carefully followed instructions to make paper airplanes - this was tricky! Then, we went outside to see how far they could travel!
We used a trundle wheel to measure the distance they had travelled in metres. In groups, we concluded whose plane went the furthest in each group and suggested the reasons why, such as the force of the throw and the wind! 💨
