Today in Forest School, Primary 3 looked at the differences between seeds and bulbs. We watched Miss McConkey plant a runner bean seed, then wrote a set of instructions.
Next, we followed the instructions to plant our own seeds and bulbs! We discussed the things that a plant needs to grow - soil, light and water. Then we created an experiment to see what would happen if a seed didn’t have one of these things. 🔎
