Primary 3 have loved reading Superworm! Today in Forest School, we made our own wormery and went on a worm hunt! 
We followed the instructions to create our wormery, adding stones for drainage, then layers of sand and soil. Then it was time to find some worms!
Worms love wet weather, so we decided to trick the worms into thinking it was raining! To do this we poured water onto the soil, and jumped up and down to make the sound of rain hitting the ground! 
We were very successful hunters and managed to find lots of worms for our wormery, and we have researched all of the things they like to eat!
