P4 have been measuring using a 30cm ruler!
We have been learning about how to make a good estimate of the length of an object and then checking using our ruler what the actual length is! Afterwards, we worked out the difference to see how good our estimate was. 🤔
After measuring objects in the classroom, we decided to take this outdoors and find different objects to measure, such as wind socks, padlocks, cones and bird feeders.
