We used our compass to find the locations on our maps, used items we found in the forest to make an isosceles triangle, a regular pentagon and an irregular octagon, then we found a clearing to try out our anemometer (a science project linked to our Titanic topic) to measure our wind speed. Unfortunately, the weather was SO nice, there was very little wind!
After that, we found our woodland clearing and built a fire pit to toast marshmallows and make some smores...
