Pupils from P6 have been learning all about Viking life, and one of the questions we asked at the beginning of term was ‘How did Vikings get their food?’
Since then we’ve learnt lots about this, including that Vikings bartered (or traded) for valuable resources like food, and they also foraged and lived off the land! We took a leaf out of their book this week for Forest School, and went foraging around our local park for blackberries!
